- Candidates must have passed M.Sc. / MS / MCA / B.E. / B.Tech. in any of the following fields, either singly or in combination.
- Electronics
- Electronics and Communication
- Electronics & Telecommunication
- Computer Sciences
- Computer and Networking Security
- Software System
- Information Technology
- Informatics
- Candidates must also possess a valid GATE score in Computer Science and Information Technology (Paper Code – CS) from GATE 2024, 2025 or 2026.
Electronics and Communication Engineering: - Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- Candidates must also have a valid GATE score in Electronics and Communication Engineering (Paper Code – EC) from GATE 2024, 2025 or 2026.
Data Science and Artificial Intelligence: - Candidates applying for this discipline must possess the prescribed qualification in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
- Candidates must also have a valid GATE score in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (Paper Code – DA) from GATE 2024, 2025 or 2026.
